Tactical Fabrication LLC

Rob Anderson and Scott Larsen are Production Managers for Tactical Fabrication LLC. They are current Bomb Technicians and TAC-CAT operators for a large law enforcement agency in Southern California. For the past 6 years Rob and Scott have operated the TAC-CAT on several successful tactical operations with SWAT. They have consulted with the original creator of the TAC-CAT to continue the production of the TAC-CAT for other law-enforcement agencies.

Scott Larsen

Scott Larsen started his law enforcement career in 1999. His first assignment was the jail where he spent most of his time assigned to an area, which housed high profile inmates (prison gang members, serial killers, etc.). Scott then went to Patrol, FTO, and Boat Patrol before being selected to the Bomb Squad. As a Bomb Technician for the past six years, Scott has completed several certification programs to include: FBI Hazardous Devices School, TEEX Unexploded Ordnance Technician, FETT Explosive Breacher, CA State HAZMAT Technician Specialist, Explosives K9 Handler, and CA POST SWAT Academy. Scott is experienced in local government purchasing/ vendor procedures and the Federal DHS Grant process.

Prior to law enforcement, Scott completed his Bachelor's Degree in Business at CSULB, and was also heavily involved in the mobile electronics industry. In the 10 years spent in the industry, Scott gained a vast knowledge of mobile electronics from technical support to design & installation.

Rob Anderson

Rob Anderson started his law enforcement career in 2002. Prior to being assigned to the Bomb Squad, Rob worked in several assignments to include Patrol, Gang Suppression and Narcotics. During the past six years as a Bomb Technician, Rob has completed several certification programs to include the FBI Hazardous Devices School, TEEX Unexploded Ordnance Technician, TEES Explosive Breacher, CA State HAZMAT Technician, Explosives K9 Handler, CA POST SWAT Academy and FBI Tactical Bomb Technician.

Prior to law enforcement, Rob's work experience included 3 years of training in metal fabrication and 8 years of work experience in several areas of the metal fabrication industry from machining to welding.
